This is one of our favorite and best achieved residential projects. It is a multi-family residential complex located in Belgrade, Serbia. This complex integrates different type of residential units, starting from villas, flats and duplex units, in one complex. The floorplans are something that we are particularly proud of.
All the accesses are well though in order to give a 100% privacy to each tenants. We made couple of façade studies where you can see how a good geometry gives you the freedom to play with architectural envelope.
