This is a high end condo typical for renting and seasonal use. The location is up on the hill but looking at the beautiful Adriatic coast. Therefore, we have decided to create a small complex that opens up to the view maintaining the right privacy between the buildings.
The landscape design and urban concept was very important for us to solve and the architecture came along. A simple façade with wide windows are opening the building the the exteriors and give that light feeling to the built.
