This is an architectural concept we made for a client that wanted to check the plot he was going to buy. He asked us to combine several detached villas with a small common premise. The slope was very steep and the main challenge was the landscape concept design. We introduced pedestrian and buggy paths with a horizontal elevator that would give the possibility to access the beach in a more easy way.
Architecture is a high end contemporary with concrete and steel structure but the green surrounding gives that warm feeling and privacy that client wanted from the beginning.
